  2. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  7. This License Agreement is a legal agreement between the user and 
  8. Locutus Codeware for the software accompanying this file.
  9. By using this product, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

  11. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  12. This product is protected by international copyright laws.
  13.  
  14. - This agreement grants you the following rights:
  15.   - You may install and use the product for evaluation.
  16.     If you like the program and decide to use it, you must register it.
  17.     Registering WetSock will entitle you for free on-line support,
  18.     notification of fixes and improvements, and a registration code that
  19.     will remove the limits on the number of times you can access the weather
  20.     servers in a day.
  21.     If you decide to use the product after a reasonable trial period, you
  22.     must register and pay a licensing fee. Not doing so is in violation of
  23.     international copyright laws.
  24.  
  25.   - You may reproduce and distribute this product provided that copies 
  26.     are not altered in any way.    Copies of this product may be 
  27.     distributed only as a standalone product. You may not charge a fee 
  28.     for the distribution of this product other than the charges 
  29.     incurred for the copying and distribution process.
  30.  
  31. - Other limitations: 
  32.   - You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this 
  33.     product. 
  34.   - This software is licensed as a single item. Its component parts 
  35.     may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  36.   - You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this 
  37.     agreement, provided the recipient agrees to the same terms
  38.   - Without prejudice to any other rights, Locutus Codeware may 
  39.     terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and 
  40.     conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the 
  41.     product.
  42.   - You will receive a one time registration code when you pay the licensing
  43.     fee. Locutus Codeware may ask for proof of payment if you misplace and
  44.     forget your registration code and request another one.
  45.  
  46. - COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to WetSock (including 
  47.    but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, 
  48.    music, text, and other components are owned by Locutus Codeware 
  49.    (Argun Tekant). WetSock is protected by international copyright laws
  50.  
  51. - WARRANTY. This software product is provided "as is" with no
  52.   express or implied warranty of any kind. There is no warranty of 
  53.   merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
  54.   
  55.   Use of information obtained via the services provided is at the 
  56.   individual's or organization's own risk. The individual or 
  57.   organization is solely responsible for actions taken based on the 
  58.   information reported by this software.
  59.  
  60. - LIABILITY. Locutus Codeware does not accept any 
  61.   liability for damages to persons or goods (including, without 
  62.   limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business 
  63.   interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary 
  64.   loss) caused by direct or implied consequences of the use of this 
  65.   software or any weather condition presented by the WetSock software, 
  66.   nor damages caused by actions or inactions taken by the user or users 
  67.   of this software upon interpretation or misinterpretation of the 
  68.   information presented.

  70.   Locutus Codeware shall not be liable for indirect, special, 
  71.   incidental, exemplary, consequential, or any other form of damages, 
  72.   including, but not limited to lost profits, or for the loss of data 
  73.   or information of any kind, however caused, and arising out of or in 
  74.   connection with the performance or the provision of service by 
  75.   Locutus Codeware, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal 
  76.   theory, and whether or not Locutus Codeware have been made aware of 
  77.   the possibility of such damages.
